Here were or focus verses for each letter.
J – joyful – “I have told you these things so that you will be filled with my joy. Yes, your joy will overflow!” John 15:11
E – exciting – “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
S – safe – “This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust Him.” Psalm 91:2
U – understanding – “But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” Matthew 19:14
S – Son of God – “And a voice from heaven said, “You are my dearly loved Son, and you bring me great joy.” Mark 1:11
