First day of Armor of God! This week you get to introduce this amazing concept from the Bible of putting on the FULL Armor of God. Although this concept is essentially pretending to put on the armor, we get to create real life material for these littles to take with them as they walk through this world. We are equipping them with the truths that we find in the Bible and that God speaks over all us!
Have fun with series! Thank you in advance for the little extra prep you put into this series, the kids will love drawing themselves and having life size Armor pieces every other week. 🙂
Week 1 Supply list:
- Two medium-to-large oranges
- Vase/bowl deep enough for oranges to float
- Water
- Oranges or cuties
- Crackers
- Large roll of white butcher paper
- Markers/color pencils/crayons
- Coloring page – Armor of God
- Plastic cups
- Bean bags, plastic balls or fabric balls
Prep:
- Fill vase/bowl with water
- Print “Coloring page – Armor of God”
