You might be thinking, “Why take a whole week just for the intro?” Good question, but I have another one. Why not!? This is a great overview of the series. The children will be excited and anticipate the fun they are going to have learning about CREATION! Picture them in the car ride home saying, “We are going to start learning about all the amazing things God created!” Whew, I can only imagine the excitement in their little voices and the big smiles on their parent’s faces. Now, their parents will know what to ask during future car rides home.
This is the day to come up with a fun rhyme, song, chant and motions to help them remember what God created on each day! They LOVE being included, so take some time this lesson to let them create – see what I did there – something they have input on and remember. Now, imagine them singing it the whole. ride. home.
Feel free to find some more creation images, even if you have animal flash cards or pictures, those would be great to use for the charades game. Kids can also come up with their own things to act out!

This is a wonderful series of lessons! I think my youngest will enjoy going through this. I can definitely see your art background in your fun craft activities that accompany the lessons 🙂

Yay! I would love to know how you both liked it! Thank you! I try to make them simple, with materials you would most likely have at home but still engaging and full of creativity!
